Ever Red® Loropetalum

Loropetalum chinense ‘Chang Nian Hong’

Ever Red® Loropetalum is a striking evergreen shrub prized for its dramatic combination of deep burgundy foliage and vivid red, fringe-like flowers. The dark foliage holds its color year-round, while waves of flowers appear from late winter through spring and often repeat throughout the growing season.

With a naturally rounded habit and moderate growth rate, Ever Red® makes an excellent foundation plant, hedge, border accent, or specimen shrub. It performs best in full sun to part shade and well-drained, organically rich soil, with consistent moisture during establishment. Once established, it has good drought tolerance and requires relatively little maintenance.
