At The Plant Firm, we carefully ship live plants directly to customers throughout the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped using real-time, weight-based shipping rates calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of your order to ensure accurate and fair pricing.

Plant Sizes We Ship

To ensure plants arrive safely and in the best possible condition, we currently ship 3-gallon (3G) plants only.

Larger plant sizes may be available for local delivery or pickup depending on your location.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Each plant is carefully packed by our team and grower partners to protect it during transit and help ensure it arrives healthy, secure, and ready to plant.

During peak seasons or periods of extreme weather, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier transit times

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • International addresses

Weather & Plant Safety

To help protect your plants during transit, The Plant Firm may delay shipment during periods of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather conditions. If weather delays affect your order, our team will ship it as soon as conditions are safe for transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Plant Firm is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
