At The Plant Firm, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants that are carefully selected, packaged, and shipped by our team. Because plants are living products and inventory is reserved immediately after purchase, please review our policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All orders placed with The Plant Firm are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Due to the live nature of our products and the fulfillment process involved in preparing plants for shipment or delivery, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.

Please double-check your:

  • Shipping address

  • Plant selections

  • Quantities

  • Delivery information

before completing checkout.

30-Day Plant Guarantee

We offer a limited 30-Day Plant Guarantee on eligible plants.

If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or experiences issues shortly after arrival, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date for review.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, email hello@theplantfirm.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the plant

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • Photos of the planting area (if planted)

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team may request additional information to properly evaluate the claim.

Claim Review Process

Each claim is reviewed individually by our team. Depending on the situation, The Plant Firm may, at its sole discretion:

  • Approve a replacement plant

  • Issue a store credit

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Decline the claim

Replacement approval and refund eligibility are determined on a case-by-case basis.

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover plant damage or decline caused by:

  • Improper watering

  • Improper planting

  • Lack of care or neglect

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Animal or pest damage

  • Freeze, drought, or heat stress

  • Acts of nature

  • Failure to follow planting or care instructions

Shipping Damage & Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theplantfirm.com so we can review and assist.

Replacement Limitations

Approved replacements are limited to one replacement per plant/order and are subject to seasonal availability and current inventory.
