A tidy, low-growing evergreen, Helleri Japanese Holly is prized for its dense, mounded habit and fine-textured foliage. Its small, glossy green leaves resemble boxwood, making it an excellent choice for formal borders, foundation plantings, and low hedges. Although this cultivar is a female clone, flowers and fruits are modestly and infrequently produced. Naturally compact and slow-growing, this easy-care shrub maintains its neat shape with minimal pruning and provides year-round structure in the landscape.
