This is a cultivar of Distylium, a hybrid evergreen shrub known for its dense, compact habit and rich deep green foliage. It prefers well-drained soil and full sun to part shade. It can reach a mature height of 2-3 ft. tall and 4-5 ft. wide. It can be used as a low hedge, planted in groups or as a ground cover.
