'Jaytee' Heavenly Bamboo is a compact, evergreen shrub known for its attractive, fine-textured foliage that transitions from green to vibrant red and orange in the fall and winter. This variety’s dense, mounding habit makes it an excellent choice for small gardens, borders, or container plantings.
