Windmill Palm is a cold-hardy, evergreen palm tree known for its fan-shaped leaves and striking, fibrous trunk. Tolerant of cooler climates, it offers a tropical look while thriving in regions with moderate winters, making it ideal for coastal or sheltered garden settings.
